Established in 1998, LISHUI OUYI VALVE is a professional manufacturer with expertise in designing & manufacturing of Ball, DBB, Gate, Globe and Check Valves. Over the last 20 years, our valves have been supplied to reputed customers worldwide. We strive to provide our customers with the highest engineered and economical valve solutions without any compromise on quality and standards.

In October 2009, Lishui Ouyi Valve relocated to Lishui City with the main aim to increase manufacturing capacity to meet the increasing local and overseas demand of our valves. We extended the building area to more than 26000 sq.m. With the support of our dedicated 170 employees, we keep the product quality at the highest level. In addition, our labs are equipped with the latest engineering equipment. The quality control and inspection system comprises of spectral analysis, physicochemical experiment, NDT, behavioral simulation experiment etc. With the quality control team operating according to ISO 9001, we can confidently execute full process quality control over the raw material purchasing, production processes, complete products inspection, testing & traceability. We aim to ensure highest quality products for our esteemed customers.

Apart from the general Ball/Gate/Globe/Check valves, we also manufacture products such as metal to metal, soft sealing and special ball valves including Lip seal,Double Block & Bleed, Cryogenic, Top entry, V-Type, Fully welded and Three-way ball valves. The size ranges from 1/2” to 60” (DN15~1500MM), pressure ranges from Class 150~2500 (1.0~42.0 MPa) and the working temperature can range from -196℃~580℃. Our valve material scope includes carbon steel WCB/A105/F6a, low temperature carbon steel LCB/LCC/LF2, stainless steel CF8M/F316, CF8/F304, CF3M/F316L, duplex & super duplex stainless steel F51/F55 etc.

Adhering to the ISO 9001 standards ensures our valves safety along with longer operating life even when operated under severe conditions. With the API 6D, API 600, API 607/6FA, CE and TS standard certifications, we have set up total QC control system that covers the operation processes right from the inquiry stage till the dispatch leading to total traceability and quality control. We are also actively developing and improving designing technology based on our customer requests which has led to the company owning quite a lot of product patents.
